AEROINNOVATE ROADSHOW AT OHIO AEROSPACE INSTITUTE
AeroInnovate brings its November roadshow to Cleveland to foster aerospace innovation in
Northeast Ohio.
Oshkosh, WI (October 24, 2018) —AeroInnovate and Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI) are hosting a symposium and networking event for innovative startups at OAI’s Cleveland headquarters on Thursday, November 8, from 9 am to noon EDT
AeroInnovate is the leading accelerator for early-stage companies in the aviation, aerospace, and drone industries. The AeroInnovate Cleveland Roadshow is an outreach event to entrepreneurs in Northeast Ohio made possible by the Midwest Innovation Exchange.
“The roadshow will give entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to hear directly from NASA, OAI, and Cleveland’s Aerozone Alliance, as well as learn about the benefits of an aero-specific business accelerator,” said OAI’s Executive Vice President Ann Heyward.
“Startup founders at various stages of growth will learn about their path from idea to market,“ according to AeroInnovate Director Steve Slocum. “And, they will make valuable connections with OAI, NASA and Aerozone Alliance who are leading the charge for aerospace business development in Ohio.”
The roadshow speakers will include Dave Salay, senior program manager at OAI; Stuart Mendel interim executive director at Aerozone Alliance; Sandra Reehorst, director of technology incubation and innovation at NASA Glenn Research Center; and Dr. Rubén Del Rosario, director of aeronautics at NASA Glenn Research Center.
“We’re always looking for new ways to educate and meet aerospace entrepreneurs,” said Slocum. “‘We are excited to collaborate with these amazing organizations to bring this event to Cleveland.”
